Have you ever just... watched a flame? Connected with it in presence? Become it and realize it is you? It is so remarkable!!! The wax is a hydrocarbon -- a chain of carbon atoms with hydrogen branching off each side: (Wax is MUCH longer than this -- between 20 and 50 carbon atoms in parrafin or soy waxes) So what happens? The carbon and hydrogen mix are torn apart by an input of heat (which is why you need heat to start a fire) and then they combine with the oxygen (O 2 ) in the air t o form carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) and water (H 2 O) . The wax is literally becoming carbon dioxide and water Fire.... makes water The flame is the process of this happening. It is over 1,000 degrees!!!! Euclid is a telescope recently launched by the European Space Agency . It's goal is to map the 3D universe in a way that studies what we cannot see -- "dark" matter and energy. (Really they should be called invisible matter and expansion energy, but that isn't what I am seeking to focus on today.) Part 1: Marvel Check out this picture. I invite you to sit in the realization of how remarkable this is. (Credit:  ESA/Euclid/Euclid Consortium/NASA ) What do you see? Can you count every galaxy? Every dot in the background... is a galaxy. This is a picture of the Perseus cluster of galaxies. Notice all the "old gold" elliptical galaxies in the foreground that dominate the light and visible mass, and a plethora of "new blue" spiral galaxies in the background. There are 1,000 galaxies in the Perseus cluster, and 1,000,000 dots in the background.  WHAT?!?!?!?! I can't even fathom those numbers. Can you?  Here is the link if you would love to zoom in...

As you walk down the street... pause... put your hands in the air, and feel what it is like to be a tree. Enter the time space.... of a tree touching the morning sun.  Let your ~ f i n g e r s ~ become its fractals, connecting with little bits of sunlight, touching every one with glee and gratitude.  Breath with this experience. Become the trees. You can even do it right now with this photograph. Become their experience. Notice what happens when you do.  {{ You are existence manifested. Feel every molecule dance within you. And everything }} You can connect further... Face east and feel the rotation of the earth and the ever-changing sky Lean into a tree, and connect its heartbeat to yours.  {{ Stay there }} See if you can find Venus, or a star, or the Moon.  Connect a beam from your heart to Venus. Have you ever... watched a flame? And felt the power of the Heat Cave - its heart? [Check out the difference between these first two - Isn't that crazy?! For me the second one seems sped up but it's "normal" time ♥️] ..and found the fire spirits dancing? What do you see in each picture? Look.... c l o s e l y ✨️ 💖  Isn't it fascinating what we don't see because of how fast the flames are moving, changing, and evolving? They are like creatures... but they are glowing soot - the remnant from the chemical interaction of wood and oxygen - an over 1,000 degrees incandescent blackbody.  Let that marvel seep into you as you soak up every molecule of truth in the face of such an entity.  It makes me wonder... what else we are missing because it happens at a different timescale than our feeble brains are trained to notice...   Pick up a leaf 🍃  Hold it in your hand Feel it's existence All that shaped it, formed it How it turned sunlight into food and sent those nutrients down the stems Feel that fractal pattern. Notice it. See its details.  Feel the genes that wrote its formation, its points and dips and intricate shapes Go to the space where you realize that it's absolutely crazy that this thing exists . Stay there. Go deep into that space. Laugh if you need. Don't think about it... Feel it Become the process Allow your body and breath to experience what they need to sink into and evolve the connection you have with the truth of this marvelous creation of existence Let go of all thoughts that try and convince you this is silly or weird or to stop too soon or anything that prevents you from immersing yourself into this experience I promise you, it's worth it {{Go to the Inner Universe of all things}}
