The First Step: Remove all Opinions - The Path to Awakened Consciousness

Well, the first step to Awakened Self is food. Your relationship with food, what food, when, quantity. But that's a whole other conversation. (Later post?)  This... is the first step to realizing the Truth of Existence from within : Observe without thought. Feel into the true form of everything without an opinion about it. See that "things" are not what your mind thinks they are. Everything is transient happenings, motions, occurrences that appear and then return. The Formless becoming Form in motion and interaction. Become this. Awaken within this.  It's so simple. To awaken consciousness, and see the Truth of Existence for what it really is, Observe without Opinion. Notice how what is convincing you otherwise... are your thoughts! The ego is trying to preserve itself, hahaha!!!!! (Find the buddha laugh from this... and stay there!)
