Emptiness -- It's not what you think

 Emptiness... is one of the most misunderstood aspects of meditation and consciousness.

Normally... you would say: "Clear your mind" is the goal of meditation. I've heard this so many times.


This is impossible. Try this instead. Become... everything. Behind what the mind writes. In pure beingness.

The goal of meditation isn't to clear the mind. It's to enter the body with unwavering focus and attention. {A deep listening without reaction}

You can then observe the nature of the mind -- see how it distorts and labels and judges -- notice the direction and pattern of the thoughts

Dissociate from the thoughts -- go to the space beyond them -- WHICH IS FULL OF BEINGNESS!


Emptiness -- is fullness. True connection.


To do this:     << Focus >> on the body.  Center of head. Draw a column down the spine, inside the body. Feel everything. Stay there and feel. Deep, slow, intentional breaths. Play with the breath. Become the body.

Ask: "Who Am I?  Who is ' I '?  Who am I? What am I?" -- Over and over and over and over.

Like the quantum foam... Space is not tempty. Pure source is activated.



Empty... of labels

Empty... of stories

Empty... of drama

Full... of beingness and allowing the Universe to unfold through you.

Let your body awaken with your attention. With the light of awareness.

Then.. just notice what happens. And forgive yourself if you can't hold it. That is the nature of the mind... to distort and label again. So the process starts over. 

Welcome to 4D reality --> the intersection of the form and formless.

It should be noted that it is essential to feel the deep dark places that we run from within ourselves. Bring love, grace, light, and kindness to the darkness within that you inevitably will find.

Breathe into them with pure experience.



In this state -- pure presence with what is -- comes an awakening of acceptance for what is (and creation from the non-reaction will come naturally as well), instead of letting the mind tell stories about what should be.  

("Should"  is a HUGE red flag --> smile in reponse "I see you, mind. I see your intention. Thank you.")

Some call it the "watcher" --> But, really, when you are doing it, when you are really doing it, you are immersed in pure experience. Pure feeling.


Become the feeler of beingness.


This is emptiness --> What becomes "empty" is your response; your belief that you are your thoughts or that you are your body. Or that what your mind writes is real. 

That empties... and what remains... is complete connection with all that is. Total fullness and embodiment. A constant listening and discussion with divine spirit. Humility.

You stop believing the shadows on the wall are real.



Wear this  << everywhere >>  All the time


Why would you do anything else?
