The goal is not to remove the feeling, but to go through it.

It is your teacher --> your guide


(For the first time in my life I found myself comfortable saying "Lord" --> God as One as Truth as Divine blessing. Maybe you can try it, too? Re-define it as that which you listen to when all is Lost)

Anatomy of a Flame

Have you ever just... watched a flame? Connected with it in presence? Become it and realize it is you? It is so remarkable!!! The wax is a hydrocarbon -- a chain of carbon atoms with hydrogen branching off each side: (Wax is MUCH longer than this -- between 20 and 50 carbon atoms in parrafin or soy waxes) So what happens? The carbon and hydrogen mix are torn apart by an input of heat (which is why you need heat to start a fire) and then they combine with the oxygen (O 2 ) in the air t o form carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) and water (H 2 O) . The wax is literally becoming carbon dioxide and water Fire.... makes water The flame is the process of this happening. It is over 1,000 degrees!!!!
